Program I: Simple tips to improve the quality of your photographs

Duration: 2 Hours

4. Basic photography rules
5. Common mistakes and how to avoid them

7. A brief introduction to lighting (Natural and artificial)
8. Displaying the results

   1. Auto setting and the 'Photography Triangle' (Aperture/Shutter Speed/ISO)
   2. M/A/S/P Dial
   3. Auto focus / Manual Focus (Back Button Focus)
   4. Lock - AE (Auto Exposure) & AF (Auto Focus)

3. Session 3 - Some of the Operating Basics

   1. Function Menu (Options)
   2. Metering (Light)
   3. White Balance
   4. Choosing the File Type (Pros and Cons)

4. Session 5 - Putting it all together

   1. Thinking about your objectives
   2. Consider the subject matter
   3. Picking the right settings
   4. Managing the light
   5. Ancillary equipment (Flash/Tripod...etc.)

4. Session 4 - Photographing People II

   7. Dealing with the weather

3. Session 3 - Action Shots

   1. Dealing with motion
   2. Motion tracking and AF (Auto focus)
   3. Judge the speed of the action
   4. Sports and athletes - Dynamics of the game
   5. Motor sports and vehicles
   6. Lighting (Indoor and outdoor camera settings)

4. Session 4 - Post Production Editing

4. Session 4 - Adobe Photoshop I

   2. Opening and importing files
   3. The concept of layers
   4. Masking
   5. Selective adjustments

5. Session 5 - Adobe Photoshop II

   1. Applying filters to layers
   2. Skin smoothing and removing blemishes
