Jake Ivory Photography reserves the right to reject requests for photo shoot sessions for reasons including, but not limited to: distance to location; availability; numbers of people to be included in the shoot; locations and/or situations considered to be a risk to the photographer and/or his equipment; illegal and/or immoral activities; activities which might represent danger and/or risk to participants; activities which might incorporate the inclusion of or imply in any way representation of brands; logos and other copyrighted or trademarked images belonging to other organizations.
2. Jake Ivory Photography reserves the right to terminate any photographic session at any point where client activities are deemed to have become illegal; inappropriate; immoral or of increased risk to the photographer; his/her equipment; the client(s); models engaged for the purposes of the photo shoot and any other members of the public. In such cases, clients will not be provided with or entitled to any kind of refund or reschedule of the photo session unless explicitly stated otherwise by the photographer.
